歐洲回來半年了!我的心遺留在美麗的羊角村,一望無際的梵谷森林國家公園,偉大高聳的科隆大教堂,充滿趣味的比利時……

歲末大掃除發現歐洲機票還在,於是動起了一個念想,打開電腦,連上航空公司官網,寫了一封信。  

 幾天後我收到了一封回信,告訴我他們正在處理中,又過了幾天,我收到一封正式回函,內容如下

I am sorry that you were disappointed by your recent experience with us. I can understand why you feel this way and hope you will accept my apologies for the inconvenience caused.

 

Unfortunately, your flight CX???was delayed as the aircraft scheduled to operate the flight arrived late due to technical problems.  I note that you missed your connecting flight to Taipei on account of this delay and the inconvenience caused is regretted.

 

In view of your claim under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, as alternative arrangements were made in advance and you arrived at your destination, Taipei less than 4 hours after the scheduled time of arrival, we will process a payment of EUR300 (equivalent to TWD10526) for you and your travel companions.  Please complete the payment reply forms available at the below mentioned links and submit the same to us within 3 weeks from the date of this email:

這趟回程我共獲得的理賠是,

1.機場當下1人14.5歐元的餐費

2.飛機上電視不能看的75元美金

3.不便險1人5000元台幣

4.飛機延遲一人$300歐元

以上,都是動動手指頭不麻煩的事,關於自己的權益千萬不要怕麻煩,因為真的一點都不麻煩。
